

At Cobourg Creek Lofts, we are deeply committed to environmental sustainability. The project began with an extensive environmental cleanup to restore the site, addressing contamination from over a century of industrial use. Through our diligent efforts, the land and water has been fully restored and over an acre of land has been donated to the future Cooey Park backing onto the property. The Lofts are steps away from the beautiful Monk's Cove waterfront near downtown Cobourg.
The preservation and reuse of robust industrial materials has significantly reduced our carbon footprint. Notably, some units feature original factory windows, offering a striking design element while maintaining a connection to the building’s storied past.

When will the units be available?
The first tenancies began in 2025. All apartments are now rented but please join our waiting list.
Are pets allowed in the building?
Dogs are not allowed but we will consider small indoor pets on a case by case basis.
Is there parking available?
Yes. The building features a 40,000 square foot parking garage.
Are there fully accessible units available?
Yes. the building has 4 fully accessible units with roll in showers, extra wide doors and are closest to the elevator.
Is smoking allowed on the property?
No this is a non smoking property.
Is this like renting a condo?
No, these are purpose built rental apartments which provide you with all of the protection afforded by the landlord tenant act.
Can I buy one of the units?
No, these are rental apartments only.
